Summer Fair at Newport Memorial Hall
Saturday 22nd August 10am-4pm
Family fun at the Summer Fair on Saturday 22nd August 10am-4pm at Newport Memorial Hall with fantastic activities for kids, bouncy castle, beautiful local crafts, farmers market and the great Charity Bake Off!
Browse the delicious goodies from local producers at the farmers market and beautiful local crafters’ stalls, whilst your children are making delightful crafts, being enchanted by our wonderful storyteller, having a good bounce on the bouncy castle or having their face painted.
Kids craft activities include making Tutus (material provided but feel free to bring your own offcuts), Paracord Bands and Keyrings, Masks, Willow Weaving and more.
When you’ve finished browsing you can relax in the fully licenced café serving delicious summer flans and salads, gorgeous cakes and cream teas washed down with a cup of tea or, for that real summer feel, a Pimms!
Bake your best cake to support the Hall’s Medieval Kiln Project. Great prizes for the best adult and junior cakes from Havards Cookshop. Can’t cook? Vote! Fill a plate and vote for your favourite cake.
