Set in the heart of beautiful North Pembrokeshire, Newport Memorial Hall is a delightful arts venue, presenting an exciting programme of music events, film and theatre, which also offers a surprising array of fairs and sales, classes and activities. With the beautiful village of Newport as a backdrop, it also provides the perfect venue for wedding receptions, parties and other celebrations.

The Hall was built in 1922 as a memorial to those who died in the First World War to provide a place for the people of Newport to meet and socialise and has been at the heart of the village ever since.

Saif Neuadd Goffa Trefdraeth yng nghanol harddwch Gogledd Sir Benfro. Mae’n fan cyfarfod i’r celfyddydau ac yn cyflwyno rhaglen fywiog o gerddoriaeth, ffilmiau a theatr. Mae hefyd yn cynnig amrywiaeth rhyfeddol o ffeiriau, arwerthiannau a gweithgareddau. Dru Yoga is for all ages and abilities and works with your body to relax, revitalise and re energise your whole being.

Dru Yoga is a graceful flowing style of yoga based on soft flowing movements, breathing techniques and visualisation.

Dru Yoga can help reduce stress and tension, ease back pain, improve spine health and release body tension. It helps to improve strength, flexibility and core stability helping to create a positive sense of wellbeing.

Dru Yoga is an holistic form of yoga bringing balance and harmony to body, mind and spirit. “Dru” means still point, and Dry Yoga enables us to find that stillness and calm away from the stress and strains of modern living.
