When you hire the Hall, we collect only what is needed to communicate with you on your booking and provide security for us and only for as long as this information is needed, usually until your booking is completed and all fees have been paid. We ask you to complete a booking form with your name, address, email address and telephone number. This data is held securely.
When you provide donations to the Hall, we collect only what information is required to process your donation, communicate with you on how you donation is being spent and invite you to related events and only for as long as the donation project is active. This data is held securely. We do not use your personal information to contact you about making further donations but suggest that you sign up to our What’s On newsletter in order that you can be kept up to date with developments at the Hall.
We will not use your data for any other reason other than the one you have signed up for and we will not pass your data to a 3rd party unless you have requested us to do so.
